Finale – Just Desserts Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In early 2010, Paul Conforti of Finale, the Boston-area premium dessert restaurant, decided to replace the more conventional research approaches with Survey on the Spot cellular surveys to collect market research data. The company used a smart phone-based 'app' to gather data from actual customers in real time. With early results in, Conforti found that while Finale was receiving positive consequences, he questioned whether his outline supplied a complete graphic , and it has requested market researcher Felicity Klass to do a more exhaustive evaluation.

Pupils have access to the mobile survey data and may perform their very own investigation, drawing conclusions and making recommendations to the restaurant co-founder, based on stated aims for the survey. Notice that Finale- Desserts is one of two companion cases. This case, Finale - Simply Desserts, has an SPSS data set accessible and deals mainly with data analysis and data interpretation.
