The case will open in March 2008 with the LEZ Andr Gonzalez, the entrepreneurial mind behind Empleados J. (EY), concerned about the financial situation of their new venture. LEZ and Salvador Gonzalez S-ez, as faculty in one of the most respected business schools in Chile, created EY with starting capital of just $ 10,000. The country had been historically high unemployment partners to achieve a dual purpose, namely to make a profit (that is to create economic value), and to contribute to the solution of common social problems (ie, create social value).
