City of Charlotte (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Office of City Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, trying to align and focus of programs and operating departments. City managers working in close cooperation with the elected mayor and city council, identified five strategic directions to Charlotte's number one city in which to live and work.
