British Broadcasting Corp. (B): Making It Happen Case Solution

Greg Dyke has established a promising initiative for change known as ” Making It Happen”. He is the newly appointed director general at BBC who aims of unlocking imagination, developing a sense of common goal, and supporting cooperation throughout the BBC. Using unorthodox techniques, management has created a massively collaborative procedure that let the workers of the BBC to create a common set of goals for the change attempt and has overcome much of the natural disbelief within the organization. After 10 months, workers believe the culture of the BBC has enhanced and that things are changing. Nevertheless, there are indications of change exhaustion and Dyke must determine how much farther to go while ensuring the increases which have been made will not be lost.
