Chinese companies have transformed the innovation process and R&D dramatically that ultimately have streamlined the process of innovation and product development and have created an intense competition in the international markets by producing the goods with low cost. The article provides three approaches for the non-Chinese companies wrestle with this competition. The first approach is to redesign the existing innovation process of the company that based on the principles started in China. The second approach is to commit their R&D departments to enhance the concentration on time-sensitive projects by recruiting the regional professionals. While the third is to promote and support the innovation process by building partnerships with key Chinese players that have marked the innovation growth.
