Bombardier and Alstom: The Acela Express Case Solution
This case charts the procedure for the souring of the Acela Express, a joint venture of Bombardier and Alstom with Amtrak, the US railroad passenger service. Bombardier and Alstom acquired the contract to install high speed train service between Washington and Boston.
