Fabric Super-Store (B) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Both entrepreneurs met with Fabric Super Store's executive management team to present an offer to purchase the Kitchener shop and also a right of first refusal (ROR) on a second, nearby location in Cambridge. Fabric Superstore offered vendor funding conditions over three years provided the entrepreneurs purchased both locations.

Somewhat making difficult decisions to purchase was discovering that the Cambridge place had machinery substantially newer and bigger than that in the Kitchener store. Should Cambridge be sold to a different party, it could endanger the success of the Kitchener shop. The entrepreneurs concluded that they would either have to buy both locations, or pass on the chance completely. What to do?
