Rick Drumm (his real name), once as a teenager drums winner, faced with the most promising, but also the most difficult career transition into a career as a manager and leader. While a second-year MBA students in the accelerated program, and has served as president of Vic Firth Inc, $ 20 million in sales drumstick manufacturer, it is recruited to become president of J. D'Addario & Co, the largest producer of music accessories in the U.S.. Having gone through a series of interviews - by HeadHunter, various members of the Board and Chairman of the D'Addario - he said that he should be interviewed Jack Welch, the legendary CEO of General Electric, as the last step in its selection process.
