The vice-president of corporate and institutional banking at Victory Bank Limited (VBL) finds himself in a political imbroglio. He must react to the request by the head of retail and private banking of VBL to join his team, though the vice-president shares a great relationship with his supervisor that is present and is a star performer within the organization.
The vice-president wants to decide his subsequent steps: to decline it or whether to accept fresh job. Pupils will come to recognize how best to handle the political affairs within the organization and how they could get caught in political combat.
