Vallourec, a leading producer of seamless pipes, have developed a new technology that is used to create a steel powder tubes. To ensure supply, Vallourec eventually had to buy its supplier of metal powder, and then to build is required to reduce its cost, Vallourec was to create more markets for its powders.
