Taking International Business Education Programs and Pedagogy to New Heights: Fundamental Questions for Educators and Students Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

As a dynamic global business environment continues to force organizations to be flexible and adaptive, International Business (IB) education pedagogy transformation. Based on previous literature describing the gaps in teaching IB, and remaining needs of stakeholders, we first use our agency of the United States Air Force Academy, as an example of a program of IB. In considering the evolution of our program, we have developed five questions, which can give an idea of ​​a more generalized trends IB pedagogy. To assess the possible generalizations, we will look at issues related to the development of our program with self-esteem, publicly accessible web sites top MBA programs in the full-time throughout the United States. Our questions focus on the role of foreign languages, study abroad opportunities, integrative courses, diploma / thesis projects and faculty development. Our study shows that these five issues, which are important not only for educators develop future programs, but also for students, the study of possible programs IB.
