Offering reviews from various sources, we argue that the program managers book the benefit of participants and their organizations. Managers are of such a program, and to share what they learn through one-page resume, they can more easily apply this refinement. Other benefits to the organization include the visible display of interest in developing the capacity of managers, as well as cost savings, if a book program reduces the need for seminar attendance. An additional advantage is the possibility that reading is fun and leads to further reading, if the program is voluntary, and a list of books carefully chosen. To demonstrate how the program book for organizations could work, we started working prototype of the master of business administration students, each of whom read one book and another book, read it. Each participant summarized his / her unique book, and as a group, the participants analyzed all read one book, and chose the most and least useful advice. Thus, critical thinking has become an integral part of the enterprise, as well as familiarity with different ideas of authors on a range of issues relevant to managers. "Hide
