This case is a lot of issues facing the two entrepreneurs who use the model search fund to search, purchase, and ultimately operate the home health care services company. Search is a proven investment fund through which a group of experienced investors to support the efforts of aspiring entrepreneurs who want to buy and run a small business, despite the lack of operating experience. After a difficult three-year search, Peter Landry, Paul Brooke, and a group of investors purchased Sunwest care.
