According to different reports provided; the motivational problem is that the organization is not providing career opportunities which is demotivating the employees to left the organization(Padula, 2005). Communication is not clear due to which the employees are unable to understand on how to access the available opportunities. Another problem prevailing in the organization is it is not providing its employees flexible working hours, instead, they are overburdened with work and stress. Newly recruits must be provided training in their initial phases so that their values could aligned with the organization’s values.

Expectancy theory:

Employees expect that their extra efforts will lead to good performance and rewards. In this organization, the employee’s performance is not accurately evaluated due to which they don’t get rewards, which is also a key factor contributing to demotivation.. If the employee gets the reward, they will value that reward and will work harder in order to deliver a better performance.(Scandura, 2019).................
