Speeding Ahead to a Better Place Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In mid-2008, Shai Agassi, CEO of Better Place, is located in the center of the planning paradigm in clean transport. In an attempt to rid the world of the use of gasoline-powered vehicles, the company acts as an innovator and integrator for new vehicles, the charging spots and battery switch stations. Efforts also requires coordination of various parties, from governments to car manufacturers to consumers. The young company has made significant progress in Israel and Denmark, the first two of the launch site, but faces a number of decisions on the best course of action in the future. Agassi has to decide how to best market in the two countries, taking into account the probability of making the problem once the infrastructure and finished vehicles, as well as to decide how quickly to begin the implementation of other countries (and if so, which ones).
