Saurer: The China Challenge (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In December 2003 the team at Saurer Twisting Systems (STS) is facing increasing competition in the crucial Chinese market. Local competitors in China undermines prices CompactTwister Saurer, which was manufactured in China by more than 50%.
