  • Sabah beach resort is a partnership business, which was developed among four people, who have been the promoters of this business Mr. John Terry, Mr. Frank Lampard, Mr. Ashley Cole and Mr. Peter Cheh.

Kota Kinabalu is a very popular tourist spot in Sabah, where majority of the resorts are located but Sabah Beach Resort is located 35 Km away from Kota Kinabalu; the spot where this resort is planned to be build is known to be the best diving spot on the island. With the vast experience of the executives, this market can be exploited to the fullest to gain the maximum outcome.

Sabah is an underprivileged country; the government does not hold high development funding but will give incentives for foreign investments leading to tax exceptions as this venture will create many jobs.

Target Market

The target market for the Sabah Resort will be the international visitors and the Malaysian visitors; the resort is only 40 km from the airport, which provides an easy access for international visitors.

  • From Jan to April there have been 378,00 international visitors from all around the world and 723,000 thousand Malaysian visitors; the size of both the segments is increasing and the ON season in June, July and August will see even more foot fall.
  • The international segment has increased by 11% in these 4 months and the Malaysian segment has increased by 3%.
