Raiser Senior Services–The Stratford (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Raiser Senior Services--The Stratford (A) Case Solution

Jennifer Raiser, the president of Raiser Senior Services, started the Stratford as a high end, continuing-care retirement community in 1992. Ten years after, the Stratford was known as one of the most esteemed senior care communities in the Bay Area, but from losing money annually management fought to keep the facility.
Her management team and raiser were finding it hard to increase the monthly fees annually to fit the raising costs of supplying services to the aging residents. Because of this, the team needed to find ways to take costs out of running the company. Includes an in depth review of the procedures related to the main expense classes-- dining services and health care --enabling pupils to locate unique opportunities for economies.
