Fundamentals of Accounting GDP (including definitions, etc.), studies the history of national accounting, and surveys the international debate "Green GDP". The first section covers the basic rules and definitions of national economic accounting and the value of GDP against the NDP. The second section provides a historical context for the development of national income estimates in 1886 and 1940, which led to the creation of GNP U.S. Department of Commerce in 1940.
