Microsoft Latin America Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Mauricio Santillan, regional vice president for Latin America division of Microsoft, presented a new system of performance measurement to help our country's leaders to develop and monitor policies. Microsoft priorities in Latin America are introducing a completely new corporate package of database software and the development of strategies to combat software piracy. Santillan used measuring system motivating the country's leaders to create locally-relevant strategies that are in line with the global priorities of the region.
