LongXi Machinery Works: Quality Improvement (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Zhang Lin has just received permission to form a new group of quality control at Longxi, located in Xiamen, China. This new group should study and the high levels of defect important part used in the final production of a multi-cylinder diesel engines.
