ISS Acquisition Strategy (C): 2008 Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case has to do with driving a serial acquisition strategy - a 10 year journey for ISS, among the biggest incorporated centers services business worldwide. Through its 600 acquisitions over 10 years, the business changed from being a Nordic cleaning business to a worldwide powerhouse in incorporated centers services providing exactly what the business calls 'the capacity' of services consisting of: cleaning, catering, security, workplace assistance and landscape services.

Case (C) explains ISS in 2008 simply after the monetary crisis, with a brand-new executive group dealing with a choice on whether to advance with the acquisition course they had being pursuing over the previous 10 years. The case explains in information the arguments for and the arguments versus continuing the acquisition course.
