Innovation at the Leading Hotels of the World Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The director of analytics and reporting at The Leading Hotels of the World along with his team should happen to present the business’s executive team with their new notion: the resort engagement scorecard (HES). HES gained recognition from the executive team of 10 members, becoming one of four business goals for the year and was received well.

HES was to be implemented across most of The Leading Hotels of the World's 25 global offices and more than 430 member hotels. As the creator of the idea, the manager of analytics and reporting felt responsible and motivated to make HES as strong as possible before its execution. He wondered how HES innovation help member hotels as much as really possible and could move forward. Mona Anita K. Olsen is linked with Cornell University.
