Set in early 1996, the case presents the background and defines the various participants, the majority of commercial real estate in Hong Kong, that is, Hong Kong Station Development Project. Provides hints about the conflicting interests and objectives of the joint ventures and the main risks inherent in the company. Shows that some participants may profit from other members. Written from the point of view of Henderson Land, the main partner in the joint venture project, but, in essence, each partner is at risk and needs to be guaranteed in order to consider its position.
