Hebei Dawu Group: Building the First “Family Business Constitution” in China Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case analyzes the "Family Business Constitution" created by Dawu Group's creator, Sun Dawu. The system made it possible for the group to survive near-deadly challenges. The case starts with a salary: challenges Sun Dawu encountered -rise request from a recently elected board member; some supervisors' uncertainties about the constitution system; and the feeling of journalists and external experts of the group's elections.
