Getting What We Wish For: The Realities Of Business Education For A Global Economy Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Globalization has been embraced by business schools all over the world and, consequently, attempted to bring international students to their programs. Teaching varied student groups has a lot of advantages, but is not without its challenges, including ethnic differences in educational expectations and pupil self-efficacy. The aim of this post is to propose that we can create strategies and activities capable of helping Asian students adapt more quickly to the anticipations of Western instruction.

We herein describe Rotterdam Business School's experiences in working with a diverse-chiefly Asian-people of pupils, focusing on strategies that will help them in adapting to the expectations of the worldwide business school classroom.
