Executing Strategic Change: Understanding the Critical Management Elements that Lead to Success Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Despite the existence of several techniques, approaches to management, as well as literature on strategy, research shows that seven out of ten organizations fail to successfully execute their strategies. However, three out of ten organizations appear to success. To find out what these organizations have done differently, the ten key elements of the successful implementation of the strategy have been identified in the literature, as well as seven business benefits that can be realized if these elements were executed efficiently. Further, 93 organizations were interviewed, and then focus group meetings with senior management.
