This case presents students with the opportunity to develop a plan of action for the analysis of customer executive education programs needs. Evergreen Executive Education LLC (EEEL) just landed a big new corporate client. The case provides some basic background information relating to the client company and the overall needs of the program. Students must create a training needs analysis plan of merger that background information to their own goal-directed thinking on how best to discover and make effective corporate learning agenda. The plan must be reliable and focused enough to make sure that the emerging understanding of its performance will be a key input in the development of the detailed design of the program. Students are not encouraged to develop management education program design.
