Dr. Amit Joshi in secondary pharmaceutical organizations Samuel means, in India, which is facing serious performance problems Joshi realized that the organization had a strong production capacity, but it was not bad, and marketing experience needed someone who could be tasked with marketing the company's solutions-oriented. Joshi selected , out of turn, the young General Sales Manager, Rajesh Mishra, as the Director of Marketing. He was an excellent choice and performed very well in his new role. Samuel Drugs were three subsidiaries and one of them, Eastern Pharmaceuticals Limited (EPL) requires a Managing Director, and Mishra was selected. addition, he continued to perform his previous role of Director of Marketing. was followed by conflict between Joshi and Mishra. This case shows the important role of communication, coordination, multiple and diverse stakeholders and organizational conflict in the definition of organizational effectiveness.
