INTRODUCTION:

A common definition of terrorism is a scary or intimidate use of power/potency, in order to threaten people or government and influence the political, religious and ideological perspective of the people.

Domestic terrorism contains all the activities pertaining to terrorism within a country performed by its own citizen. These are the domestic actions that are done by U.S citizens andresidents.

Section 802 of USA PATRIOT Act defines the domestic terrorism as opposed to international terrorism. A person is involved in domestic terrorism if he is affecting something "dangerous to human life" andviolatingthe criminal laws of the United States. If the action seems to be targeted to:  (i) danger tothe civilian population; (ii) effecton the government policy by intimidation or compulsion; or (iii) to impact the rules of government bykidnapping, mass devastation andextermination. Moreover, the actionsthat happen within thejurisdiction of the United States regionalauthority will be called as domestic terrorism, otherwise, it willbe called international terrorism. (Security, 2017)

After the U.S independence in 1776, the terrorism started from early 1782, in Gnadenhutten, Ohio. The biggest domestic terrorism that occurred in theUSA is the bombing in Oklahoma City, 1995, where 5000 pounds of explosives were used and 168 people were killed, in which 19 were children.

TERRORISM IS A SERIOUS ISSUE IN THE UNITED STATES:

It is a strategywhich is being usedby large groups of different people with different ideology, ethnicity and religion. The backgrounds of the peopledifferentiatedthem from anarchism to neo Nazism. US President William McKinley was killed by the anarchist Leon Czolgosz, as well as white supremacist James Earl Ray murdered Martin Luther King Jr., and the three law enforcing officers were killed in a multistate violence by Posse Comitatus after which, Jihadism was introduced in America.

In 1989, ‘Hunter’ novel by William Pierce was published in which he explaine dill-treats of an imaginary solitude named Oscar Yeager. It was based on an actual solitary person named as Joseph Paul Franklin. In 1990,‘Vigilantes of Christendom’ was published by Richard Kelly, in which the new concept of “Phines Priest” was introduced. It means that an agent of God was chosen and appointed to take revenge from the people on Earth. In 1992, former Ku Klux Klan leader Louis Beam published an article in the magazine named ‘The Seditionist’ in which he suggested to move from white supremacist movementto a leaderless resistance model. In late 2009, the different groups like al Qaeda acquired al-Suri's concept of leaderless resistance and the core al Qaida followed it in late 2010.

The recent series ofoccurrence is also usual. Manyillustrationsofrecent years in different ways of domestic terrorism leading to a convergence of attacks by different people. For example, on April 1995, 168 people were killed by an anti-government extremist, who built a large truck bomb in Oklahoma City, outside the Alfred P. Murrah Building. After five days, on April 25, the last victim of bombing campaign named Gilbert Murraywas killed.

Another campaign was held in summer 1999. After fire bombing held at three Sacramento-area meeting, on July 1, a gay couple was killed in their home by brothers Matthew and Tyler Williams in Happy Valley, Calif.  On July 2, World Church of the Creator defending Benjamin Smith ended with Benjamin killing himself after a shooting splurge which killed 2 people and wounded9. On Aug. 10, Filipino American mailman was killed and five people were wounded by former Aryan Nations member Buford Furrow who mounted an armed strike against a Jewish day care center in Los Angeles.

The USA is repeating the phenomenon of domestic terrorism. The terrorists in this cycle are easilydetectable. The country is currently experiencing, the enormous political heft which means that current domestic terrorism and violence phenomenon is likely to extend for at least the next several months. ATTEMPTS BY FBI TO PREVENT DOMESTIC TERRORISM:

In early 1980s, the FBI’s investigations related to terrorism were overlooked by the domestic regard. From the period 1908 to 1982, the FBI tackled with the main categories of domestic terrorism: extreme right-wing and extreme left-wing groups. During the period between World War I and World War II, the domestic warning primarily came from right-wing groups, like the Ku Klux Klan, which often associate to principles of traditional authority or require anti government and anti regulatory views in favor of individual independence. The FBI had little authority over these groups. In a case, the FBI successfully ensue a case against a class Klan official based on his violation of a law against interstate prostitution; at that time, there were unimportant federal laws that prevented the terrorist activities of Klan. In 1960, civil rights legislation allowed the FBI to target Klan and his supporters of prostitution and terrorist crime more effectively.................
