Both popular and social literature abound recommendations for effective communication is usually defined as improved clarity and effectiveness of the spoken and written word. However, the management of internal organizational processes and external competitiveness of the market often requires different strategies of communication, especially the silence and non-disclosure, subject to the regulations.
