Developing Allies and Alliances: Autopistas del Sol and SES Foundation Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Autopistas-del Sol (AUSOL) was a company that originated in the partnership were in 1994, when he was chosen to open the bidding process, to build and operate two of the main thoroughfares in the city of Buenos Aires. SES nonprofit foundation was unofficially founded in 1998 and developed by a team focused on the development of non-formal education programs for the social integration of youth poverty. One of its programs was outstanding Community research groups (CSG), this initiative is to improve the education for AUSOL two blocks surrounding one AUSOL controlled highway. It takes place at the end of 2001, several months before the crisis affecting Argentina. Focused on the possible changes and the risks associated to the program to address CSG AUSOL, to try to find other companies sponsoring the program.
