Danica Purg: Entrepreneurial Leadership In Shaping Leadership Development (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case series deals with the executive education association and its entrepreneurial-minded leader on the 25th anniversary of the institution. Central to developing a strategy for the future is a choice about leadership capacities that must be developed for the participants of the school, and what type of education will soon be needed.

The main figure of the case considers firmly in parallels between management and arts and in progressive experiences which inspire leadership. How far to go with these relative to the standard "boiler-plate" of leadership teaching is leading feature of the cases. The instance takes the perspective of the school's president. The B instance takes the multiple perspectives of eight contrasting stakeholders. The C case scenario takes the outlook of Board. The D case scenario instills the participants up to date on what really occurred.
