Profile and Heritage:

Coca-Cola was initially established in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1886 where Dr. Jon Smith Nonmember, a local pharmacist, produced caramel decorated liquor; it conceded a lot of new products. The mixture was pooled with carbonated liquid and sampled by a customer who all approved, and this was something different and extraordinary. After that, Dr. Pinkerton's partner and bookkeeper Frank Robinson gave the name.

18th Century:

In 1885, Nonmember named his French Wine Coca as energetic drink or refresher.

In 1886, the name was registered and passed legislation, Nonmember developed a non-alcoholic edition of French Wine Coca.

On May 9, 1886, first sales of nonalcoholic Coca Cola were at Jacob’s Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia. In the beginning, Coca-Cola was sold as a patent medicine for five cents a glass at soda fountains; it became famous in the United States at that time because people of America had faith that carbonated water was good for health.  After some time, Nonmember argued that Coca-Cola saved from many diseases like morphine addiction, indigestion, nerve disorders, and headaches.

On May 29 of the same year 1886, Nonmember ran the first advertisement for the beverage.

In 1888, three different versions of Coca-Cola were sold in the market by three different businesses. On January 14, 1888, co-partnership had been formed among Nonmember and four Atlanta businessmen: J.C. May field, A.O. Murphy, C.O. Mullah and E.H. Blood worth.  John Nonmember confirmed the name “Coca-Cola” belonged to his son Charley.

In 1888, the name Coca Cola permitted him to contribute as a major shareholder in the market. In March 1888, Charley took control of Coca-Cola.

The biggest challenge in the market was of the existing bottles and lack of consistency in packaging the bottle among 1000 bottles at a time. So, other bottlers agreed that this company needed the different and distinctive bottle. In 1916, the other bottlers of beverage companies agreed on a counter bottle. The new Coca-Cola bottle was so unique, and it can be differentiated from other competitors and quickly recognized as the bottle of Coca-cola. In 1977 the countered coca cola was registered. In 1980, a company designed such a memorable slogan “Coke is it.” In 1993, Coca-Cola practiced with computer graphics and the popular “Always Coca-Cola” launched in continuous series of ads.
