ARCOR Groups Internationalization and the ARCOR Foundation in Brazil Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Established in 1991, ARCOR Foundation has established a reputation for its social investment programs devoted childhood-related issues as well as for its operations and the value of professionalism in Argentina. Almost from its inception, the Foundation aims to education, to help mitigate the issues of childhood. Seventy per cent of the budget was dedicated to the financing and support of educational opportunities for very young children. To this end, the Foundation does not only focus on creating a model program, but also on the involvement of other parties, the creation of knowledge and the promotion of public policy focused on young children. Its strategic approach is also dependent on the public works, involving organizations and, above all, institutional networks to improve resource mobilization and coordination of participants around the public and private sectors.
