Amy Biehl Foundation Trust Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Amy Biehl Foundation Trust Case Solution

During the winter of 1999 in the month of February, the trust was getting ready to grown its operations outside the premise of Cape Town along and to other pastures of the country. Nevertheless, their strategies were challenged by a strike at the Community Bakery, a mission-driven, sales-generating venture linked to ABFT, the Parent Teacher Pupil Program, and fiscal irregularities at one of their latest software. Both events threatened to sabotage the doctrine of identifying and supporting leaders of Linda and Peter Biehl from the South African communities in which ABFT managed.

Linda and Peter needed to make determinations on each of these events immediately, understanding that they'd to balance with letting the scenarios escalate beyond their control sabotaging the initiative and direction locally.

This is just an excerpt. This case is about LEADERSHIP & MANAGING PEOPLE
