ALEAP: A Leap of Faith for Women Entrepreneurs Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

From its advent as an organization focused on promoting women's entrepreneurship via coordinated tasks, the Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of Andhra Pradesh has experienced variant phases, acquiring competencies and resources in order to offer an integrated approach to aiding women entrepreneurs. There was sufficient range for girls but ALEAP was confronting acute financial and manpower constraints that would allow it to be difficult to pursue the production route to build up women entrepreneurs. ALEAP's president considered that it was time explore new opportunities and to scale up operations. Nevertheless, several questions needed to be addressed: What growth strategy should ALEAP embrace? Was it time to look for a model that is new? Should ALEAP search beyond production because of its growth? Should ALEAP look for innovative strategies to set up incubation centres? Whose support should it seek?
