Due to the changes in the organizational structure as well as hiring of new employees from outside the organization. The expectations of the management had increased which badly influenced performance of new hiringas it became quite difficult for them to succeed.However, the skills and personalities of employees are deployed in appropriate manner for optimization of of performance tends to be a critical and difficult task. Recommendation:

On the basis of the evaluation of the organizational hiring system and the issues created, in order to retain its competitive position in the market with increase turnover rate affecting the performance of the organization. It is to recommend that the organization should maintain strong relations with its employees at the time of their departure with an opportunity to having them back again in the organization for contribution of their services in the firm in a positive manner. On the other hand, development of informal mix related to programs tasks that will facilitate the mixing of employees resulting in building of strong relationships. Additionally, there is a requirement of arranging orientation programs for every new, external hiring of employees to aware them about the processes of work, tacit knowledge as well as deep insight about the language, norms, cultures and other factors of the organization.

Conclusion:

Maersk is the largest business of container shipping and exploration of oil and gas and operation in relevance to container terminals.In the era of 21st century, the management of the organization faced issues in the effective performance which were primarily noted to be turnover of employees, ineffective training programs and internal development of organization.As the organization previously focused on hiring f past employees again. Therefore, in order to efficiently manage the issues, the organization is advised to maintain strong relations with its employees, development of informal mix related to programs tasks and arranging orientation programs for every new, external hiring of employees.
