A Facebook ‘Friend’ Request From the Boss: Too Close For Comfort? Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Drawing from the literature on self-presentation, leader-member exchange (LMX), and developmental networks, we attempt to describe how workers might react to a Facebook 'buddy' request from their supervisor and the reason why they may react like that.

We subsequently examine blog opinions determine whether their opinions support the aforementioned theoretical frameworks and to find out how people feel about such requests. We conclude with ideas for Facebook can be utilized in the office.
