Yogyakarta Bus Terminal: The Private Provision of Municipal Infrastructure Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In January 2009, Yogyakarta Mayor Herry Zudianto pondering the apparent failure of his first attempt to engage the private sector in the financing and provision of municipal infrastructure. Seven years ago, the city was awarded a 30-year concession to local private companies to build and operate the terminal coaches.
