Bananas (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

To maximize their effectiveness, colour cases should be printed in color.  As the founder and CEO, Wim Van der Borght had soared Bananas in 8 years from a 4.5 million euro organization into a 40 million euro group of companies with a diversity of field marketing actions in Belgium and Netherlands.  The core of the group consisted of two businesses - Demonstrate and Bananas - which were totally independent and acted as adversaries in the market.
