By looking at the trends, he thought that internet is revolutionizing all the sectors in an economy except the public so he decided to develop a technological system to revolutionize the public sector by reaching the voters to vote in the election.

He wanted to revolutionize the public sector by developing the technology that reminded all the voters and election officials regarding the election and vote. To pursue the election officials regarding this new concept, Flaxman developed the prototype to test this new concept.He raised the fund of 25000 dollars from Kickstarter campaign to fund this test run successfully. For the test run, they targeted college students because he thought that college students never registered to vote and they are far away from their homes so this technology would help them to vote from anywhere they are located.
