Online Piracy: Jaywalking or Theft Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In September 2009, Brian Lee purchased a computer game developed by a large company and, like other customers, he has difficulty running it. The source of the problem was highly restrictive digital rights management (DRM), which, while more or less universally do not like to cause serious technical problems for a minority of users.
