Introduction

TPA is a state level agency, which was developed by the state’s Governor in 2000. The main objective behind establishing this agency was that the state governors want to create an effective government authority in the organization that would improve the level of organization by using innovative technologies. The main responsibilities of technology project authorities are to oversee governmental projects which is costing more than $1 million. On the other hand, they have the responsibilities to develop the procedure, structure, and policies for IT security and technology, which is used by the state agencies for controlling the performance of the projects. PROBLEM STATEMENT

The company has faced several challenges in implementing external projects of IT in the organization. The main issue that the company faced is that they are not aware of the facts that to improves the management operations of the organization by implementing and planning the strategic goals in the organization. The main challenge for the company is to improve its business activities and processes with help of innovative technologies.
