In later phase of September 2015, the senior vice-president of supply chain management at Walmart China was preparing for a meeting in Bentonville, Arkansas, where she was expected to create a presentation detailing strategies for the network of distribution centres in Walmart China. The investment in infrastructure would be the following important step in the supply chain transformation of the organization.
