Service Performance Measurement in a New Zealand Local Government Organization Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This paper provides a basis for measuring the performance of local public service in New Zealand and graphics practice of measuring the level of service is designed for large city council. Projects were completed in 2007, 2008 and 2009 in order to inform the development strategy of the city council and management decisions. In any case, the data have been collected from a number of quantitative and qualitative methods. The evaluation was designed around five interrelated processes. Both the performance of the services and their significance was assessed using the Orange Consulting Service Performance Index, which combines the size and provides comparable data for the whole of council services.
