Set in 1993, this series of cases (A, B, C, D and B [Abridged]) for a strategic alliance between the automotive AB Volvo, the largest industrial groups in Scandinavia, and Renault SA, France's largest companies. This union was one of the most famous failures of multinational business integration seen in recent years.
