This case relates to devising financial strategies for small, fast growing European manufacturers of reproduction service document. As of March 1996, the entrepreneurs have proven to be viable concept store in Lisbon, Portugal, and seek to raise capital in order to expand across Europe. Eventually, the founders want to take a firm public in 2000. The task of the student is to evaluate the capital requirements needed to support the ambitious growth plans, the company's value, and outline a program of funding. In particular, the founders expect the sale of common shares by private subscription in the near future. The student has to offer price and number of shares for private placement. The issue of control of voting is a key factor in building the next round of funding and subsequent rounds.
