PCH International began as a search agent inexpensive electronic components from Taiwan and China to the Western world in the mid-1990s, it has evolved into a supplier of integrated supply chain solutions of global technology companies in 2007. PCH has been designed to meet the needs of a complex global supply chain technology landscape. The first part of the case provides an overview of the global supply chain technology in the 2000's, the second section describes the physical, information, and capital "flows" in the supply chain technology and the third section describes how PCH developed solutions to address the challenges in the three "streams".
