Nintendo: Disruptor Being Disrupted Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In February 2011, Nintendo released a new stage in the evolution of the line DS handheld gaming device in Japan: Nintendo 3DS. Despite initial rave reviews about the new device, the sales figures were much lower than expected. In July 2011, Nintendo announced that the 3DS price cuts on a 30% increase in sales.
